Glam Rock Designs is a development firm licensed in the state of Washington, United States.

Terms of Use

  • Any and all offers of services will come directly from me, either via email or phone.  I do not contact via fax or snailmail, except to send documents after an initial agreement has been made.
  • I keep my contracts simple and avoid “legal speak” wherever possible, to ensure complete understanding from all parties.
  • Nothing on this site is to be construed as an offer of employment.
  • By viewing this site (as a whole), you agree not to post derogatory, inflammatory, or overly personal details about me, my business or this site.
  • In other words, don’t be annoying.  =)

Trademarks and Copyright Info

  • I frequently use professional stock graphics on this site and elsewhere, including many that do not require a link back to the original creator.  A good example of this is using a stock image from iStockPhoto — I pay for the privilege of not having to link back.
  • If something does require a link back, it will be displayed.  This is rarer and usually used for Flickr and similar sites.
  • All videos are copyright their respective owners, and used under license (ie YouTube).
  • Excerpts from other posts are used in accordance with US Copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 302).
  • Everything else is copyright Glam Rock Designs and Griffin (that’s me!)   Many copyrights are registered, All will be enforced.
